Mini-mill

This is my mini-mill before I made the semi CNC convertion.

Backplate modif

I have made an additional backplate to make it more stiff.

I decided to add step motors to the X and Y axes and DRO on all three axes.

Y-axes motor mount and the NEMA32 motor.

I have also attached calipers on all 3 axes.

The controller systems is made using an Arduino Due board (32 bit, 72 MHz), two stepper controllers (48V, 4A) and a 5" TFT touch display.

I have programmed a full menu system, where it is possible to make any strait line and any circle part. The three top lines are from the 3 DRO's.
